Amanda Connelly founded Oceans Coaching after a distinguished career as an executive leader and Certified Master Coach, spanning over 25 years. Her passion for leadership excellence led her to earn a Neuroscience for Business certification from MIT and in becoming a Master Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner. Recognizing the need for a more systemic and structured approach to coaching and leadership development, she created the OCEANS Systemic Coaching framework and proprietary assessments.

Amanda serves as an active Board Member for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a published leadership author for Forbes, and holds an MBA with a specialization in Change Management.   She is one of many former executives who have become transformational Oceans Coaching coaches, using these proven methods to drive lasting change.

Backed by a team of physicians, clinicians, and legacy-driven executives, Oceans Coaching helps leaders and organizations evolve into thriving ecosystems.
