Organizational Restructuring

A client underwent a major organizational restructure, which created uncertainty and resistance among teams. In combination with systemic team coaching, we provided change management support to ease the transition and help teams align with the new vision.

    • Change resilience workshops to equip teams with tools for managing transitions.  These began with assessing readiness for change and creating a plan for identified gaps in advance.

A healthcare system wanted to boost collaboration among clinical and administrative teams that traditionally operated in silos. We introduced systemic team coaching with a focus on strengths-based coaching aligning team members around their unique contributions.
