Prior to his executive coaching career, Garry held key enterprise leadership roles at HP, where he played a pivotal role in deploying contracts totaling over $1.4B and leading the migration of SAP-based enterprise services. He then joined Cisco Systems' Global Marketing Team, serving on a dedicated team of internal executive coaches to develop top talent and foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

As a sought-after facilitator of leadership development workshops, Garry equips leaders with the tools and mindset to expand their influence and cultivate sustainable growth.
