With more than three decades of experience spanning organizations including Sony, American Express, Xerox, and AT&T, Marcela combines executive coaching expertise with deep experience in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, quality, and talent development. Her corporate background allows her to support leaders in translating strategy into sustainable performance and meaningful business results.
Marcela partners with executives, directors, and emerging leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, strengthen cross-cultural collaboration, and navigate the challenges of today's global business environment. Having lived and worked across multiple cultures, she brings a unique perspective to helping leaders build trust, influence, and alignment across diverse teams and organizations.
Marcela currently serves as Vice President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Mexico Chapter and is an active contributor to leadership development and professional coaching initiatives.
