Dr. Miriam Bayés, MD, PhD, PCC, is a physician and research scientist who rose to senior executive leadership in a large multinational corporation. With more than 35 years spanning medicine, clinical research, life sciences, and international business, she brings a rare combination: the clinical and scientific depth of a physician-scientist and the strategic perspective of a global executive. Based in Barcelona, she has lived and led across Switzerland, the UK, the US, and Spain.
About Miriam
Miriam works with healthcare executives, physician leaders, and expert teams to unlock the full capacity of the systems they lead. She understands both sides of the work: the clinical and scientific world her clients come from, and the organizational pressures of leading experts at scale.
As an ICF-credentialed coach, certified Human Systems Dynamics Practitioner, and trained Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, she looks beyond individual skills to the relationships, patterns, and team dynamics that shape performance.
